Project Coordinator

 1. Initiating and updating all the project documents required during the initiation phase, such as the project charter and project scope statement, according to Mancon’s PMO standard document format.
2. Coordinating the project scope, HR, communication and integration management processes as assigned by their superior as follows:
     a) Coordinating the project charter.
     b) Coordinating the project scope and assist in the project scope statement.
     c) Coordinating the project plans and timelines.
     d) Coordinating the project costs.
     e) Coordinating all the project’s payments, from a project management point of view, in terms of abiding by the entire project contracts conditions.
     f) Integrating positively with the PMO and all Mancon’s departments.
     g) Assisting in the development of the project budget and estimates, and updating them periodically.
     h) Coordinating the project HR.
      i) Coordinating the project stakeholders and keeping a continuous update for all of them.
      j) Coordinating the project communication processes and ensuring continuous improvement of the project’s communication stream and apply any new relevant standards.
     k) Ensuring abidance by all risk management policies and assessment conclusions for the project.
3. Assisting their superiors in playing a coherent role serving the client account by:
     a) Fulfilling the client’s requirement.
     b) Keeping good relations with the client and owner representative.
     c) Issuing accurate and punctual reports, briefs and records, as per Mancon’s reporting plan, needed to control the project and present the situation to the team and client.
    d) Continuously monitor their project status and impact on the client’s relation.
    e) Involved in Mancon’s client retention strategy to ensure that the project goals are aligned with both Mancon and the client’s short and long term goals to reach a good rating regarding the clients' satisfaction.
